We are excited to announce Altezza at Newport Coast’s newly designed community website.

Our website’s new look, user-friendly navigation and responsive design are just some of the new features you will enjoy.

Residents can can obtain the latest newsletter, board meeting minutes, forms, community rules and regulations and much more! Also, the management contact information is located under the Contacts Section titled Keystone Pacific. Don’t forget, you can also check your billing account by accessing the View Statement/Pay Bill page under the Navigation Menu.

Fire Sprinkler Turn-Off Instruction

The Board of Directors has provided instructions on how to turn off the fire sprinklers.  Please note that the fire sprinklers are not monitored.  When your fire sprinklers are activated due to a fire, emergency services will not automatically be sent to the community.  You will need to call 9-1-1 for the fire authority to be dispatched.  Please do not turn off the sprinklers if there is an active fire.

  • And if you occupy your unit

If the unit is leased, please supply both the unit owner and tenant’s information. This will enable the scheduling of maintenance projects that require homeowner cooperation.

The KPPM Connection

The KPPM Connection is an online tool that offers enhanced homeowner services. Using the portal, you can:
