Painting Project

Attention Residents

We will begin a community wide Painting project on Wednesday, July 25th!

  • The approximate project length: 3 months (weather permitting and subject to change)
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (occasional Saturdays, excluding holidays and weather permitting)

You will receive a separate notice approximately 4-5 days prior to the start of work on your home. The date marked on your notice will be the first day (power wash day) and your home will be worked on for approximately 3-4 days in total. This notice will include specific instructions on preparing for the painting of your home.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. We hope this can be a smooth operation with as little disruption and inconvenience to you as possible.

Exterior Fire Alarm Test

Fire Service Corp. will be conducting a Fire Alarm Test throughout the community on July 16, 2018 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Fire Service Corp. will be accessing each fire alarm closet and fire alarm pull stations located outside of each building. It should take approximately 15-20 minutes to test and inspect each fire alarm. The fire alarm bell will ring a few times while performing the test.

You are not required to be home, as all the testing will be external.

Fire Sprinkler Turn-Off Instruction

The Board of Directors has provided instructions on how to turn off the fire sprinklers.  Please note that the fire sprinklers are not monitored.  When your fire sprinklers are activated due to a fire, emergency services will not automatically be sent to the community.  You will need to call 9-1-1 for the fire authority to be dispatched.  Please do not turn off the sprinklers if there is an active fire.

If the unit is leased, please supply both the unit owner and tenant’s information. This will enable the scheduling of maintenance projects that require homeowner cooperation.
